The Sallas Room is located on the lobby level of the hotel and is a perfect setting for wedding receptions of 30-60 guests.

The Seaport Room is located on the lobby level of the hotel and features natural light. It is an intimate setting for wedding events up to 40 guests. Room Rental $400 includes same as above with up to 40 people in rounds of 8 people each.
Food & Beverage Guidelines
All food and beverage for your function must be obtained from the hotel, or our caterer Truffles Catering. Food & Beverage prices are subject to a 15% service charge and applicable taxes (5% GST, 10% liquor tax). These prices are subject to change.
For host or cash bars, there is a $30.00 per hour bartender fee (minimum of 2 hours per bartender), should your total bar bill not reach $300 (per bar).
The Event Manager must be notified of your menu selections 30 days prior to your event. The guaranteed number of guests is required by 12 noon, five business days in advance. This number shall be considered a minimum guarantee and is not subject to reduction. You will be charged for the guaranteed number of guests or the number of guests served, whichever is greater.
SOCAN Licensing Fees
The rental group shall pay licensing fees for use of music provided by the Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada (SOCAN) in the amount prescribed by Tariff No. 8.
1-100 people = $20.56 without dancing or $41.13 with dancing
25% of all estimated charges and a signed contract are required to confirm your booking. Payment of the total estimated bill is due 30 days prior to the scheduled event date. All events must have a valid credit card number on file.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can we have our wedding ceremony outside?
For parties less than 30, we can host your ceremony on our Seaside Terrace in a theatre style set up. If your group is 25-50, we can host a standing outdoor ceremony.
How will my guests book their rooms?
Once a group rate has been confirmed and set up in our reservations system, your guests may call or email our Reservations Team at 1-866-659-9445 and identify themselves as your guests. By doing so, they are guaranteed the rate we have provided to you. Can we have a dance floor?
Depending on your numbers you may be able to have a dance floor in the same room or alternatively you can rent an additional space. Dance floors are rented from an outside company.
Is Haro’s Restaurant available to book for a wedding?
Haro’s Restaurant + Bar is not available for a full buy-out on Friday & Saturday nights during summer months, but requests will be considered for other times of the year. There is a minimum $6000 spend in Food & Beverage.
