To ensure timely service for all guests, please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your appointment to allow for check in procedures. More importantly, come early and enjoy your full Haven Spa experience in our peaceful sanctuary.Late arrival may result in customizing your service to fit the remaining appointment time. Full service fee will apply as your appointment will be thorough.Taxes and gratuities have not been added to the service price. If you would like to recognize exceptional service there is the option to add a gratuity onto your treatment charge upon checking out. Industry standard is generally 15%. |
