Haven Spa & Salon at The Sidney Pier Hotel was designed to be an oasis of relaxation, tranquility and rejuvenation. A full-service spa and hair salon offering a warm, friendly environment and recognizing the relationship between beauty and nature when selecting the products we use.

We are proud to feature Eminence Organic Skin Care alongside Kevin Murphy and Aveda hair care products. Our professionals are here to meet your individual needs, as each treatment is unique to you. Whether you are coming to Haven for routine maintenance, to start a skincare regime or for a special occasion, we are committed to delivering an uplifting and memorable experience.

In addition to five private treatment rooms, our beautiful spa features a waterfront full service hair salon, a colour lounge for manicures and pedicures and steam rooms for men and women. Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your appointment if you would like to change into a robe/slippers and enjoy the tranquility of the spa sanctuary prior to your service.

Haven Spa & Salon is open Monday to Saturday 9am-5 pm and closed on Sundays. Spa and Salon appointments are available outside of our retail hours.

What You Need To Know

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to check-in with our receptionist and fill out any necessary paperwork. Slip into a plush robe and cozy slippers prior to your service and take some time to enjoy the steam rooms that are available to spa clients. Masks are no longer required except for those clients who are booked for RMT services in accordance with the BC RMT Association.

Complimentary parking is available in the underground hotel parkade.

Reservations are recommended. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice. Please note that cancellations for groups or Polish Lounge Bookings require 48 hours notice in order to avoid a 50% charge. A credit card will be needed upon reservation.

Late arrival may result in customizing your service to fit the remaining appointment time. Full service fee will apply.

Gratuities are accepted and gratefully appreciated by our treatment providers. Industry standard is generally 15%.
